Appointments are available on Saturdays.

Before You Schedule

Please make sure:

Anxiety is your primary reason for seeking treatment.
You will be physically located in Florida, Idaho, or New Hampshire during your appointment.
You understand that we do not prescribe benzodiazepines or other controlled substances.

Insurance & Self-Pay

Insurance is accepted with participating plans in Florida and Idaho.

New Hampshire is currently self-pay only while insurance credentialing is completed.

Schedule Your Anxiety Evaluation

Select an available appointment below and complete your registration.

All required intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Incomplete paperwork will result in automatic cancellation, a late cancellation fee, and the need to schedule a new appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee.
