Alicia Crews is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adult women improve their mental and emotional well-being through compassionate, personalized care.

She understands that mental health can be affected by many different experiences throughout a woman's life, including school, relationships, career pressures, motherhood, family responsibilities, major life transitions, perimenopause, menopause, and aging.

Alicia provides a supportive space where women can talk openly about what they are experiencing, better understand their symptoms, and receive individualized mental health care without judgment.

Her clinical focus includes the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, and adult ADHD, as well as women's mental health throughout the different seasons of life. She has a special interest in the emotional and psychiatric changes that may occur during perimenopause and menopause.

Services may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, non-controlled medication management, and individual psychotherapy, based on each patient's individual needs and treatment goals.

Alicia believes mental health treatment should never feel rushed or one-size-fits-all. She works collaboratively with each woman to develop a personalized treatment plan designed to support emotional wellness, daily functioning, and overall quality of life.

Her goal is to create a warm, judgment-free environment where women feel heard, respected, supported, and actively involved in their care.

For women who desire it, faith-informed care is also available and may be incorporated into treatment based on each patient's personal preferences.

Helping women feel more like themselves again, through every season of life.
