Investment in Care
At The Healing Porch, we believe mental health care should be clear, compassionate, and accessible. Whether you choose to self-pay or use insurance, we are committed to transparency so you understand your options and what to expect before your visit.
For patients who prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer clearly outlined, flat-fee self-pay options discussed upfront. Insurance billing is available when we are contracted with your plan. Because coverage varies by insurer, we encourage you to verify your benefits directly with your insurance provider prior to scheduling.
At this time, services provided in Colorado are limited to individual therapy. Insurance is not accepted for Colorado services, and all therapy appointments in this state are offered on a self-pay basis.
If you have questions about payment options or need help determining the best fit for your care, our team is happy to assist.
Choosing self-pay allows for greater flexibility and a more personalized approach to care.
What self-pay means:
Flat, transparent fees
No insurance authorizations or restrictions
More time focused on your care, not paperwork
Your initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive 60-minute appointment. During this visit, we will discuss your concerns, history, and goals, and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up appointments are typically shorter and focus on your progress, medication effectiveness, and next steps in care.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Your care is our priority. To ensure your healing journey can begin when you’re ready, we are actively working on insurance credentialing. While these partnerships are being finalized, The Healing Porch is currently accepting self-pay clients. We remain committed to providing high-quality, accessible care during this transition.
We offer transparent, flat-fee pricing for patients who choose to self-pay.
