The Healing Porch provides outpatient telepsychiatry services exclusively for adults located in Florida and Idaho at the time of their appointment. We are unable to provide care to individuals located outside of these states.

Do You Accept Insurance

We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Insurance is currently available for clients located in Florida and Idaho.

Who Do You Treat

Services are provided exclusively for adults 18 years and older. We do not provide services for children or adolescents.

What States Do You Serve

Services are available only to individuals physically located in Florida and Idaho at the time of their appointment. If you are located outside of these states, we are unable to provide care.

Do You Offer Medication Management

Yes. Medication management services are available for adults located in Florida and Idaho.

What Can I Expect During My First Appointment

Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This visit will review your mental health history, current symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals in order to develop a structured and individualized treatment plan.

Do You Offer Therapy Services

No. The Healing Porch does not provide ongoing therapy services. The practice focuses on psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults.

Do You Offer Faith-Informed Care

Faith-informed care is available for individuals who wish to incorporate spirituality into their treatment. This is always optional and guided by your preferences.

Forms and Documentation

FMLA paperwork may be completed for established patients when clinically appropriate and supported by your treatment history.

Requirements include:

• An established treatment relationship
• Sufficient clinical documentation
• Provider discretion

Administrative Fee: $150 per form
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for completion.

Completion of paperwork does not guarantee approval by your employer or third party.

What Services Do You Not Provide

The Healing Porch does not provide:

• Court-ordered evaluations
• Disability or legal evaluations
• Custody or forensic evaluations
• Emergency or crisis services
• Inpatient psychiatric care
• Case management services
• Emotional support animal documentation
• Service animal letters
• Housing verification letters

Do You Provide Hormone Replacement Therapy

No. Hormone replacement therapy services are not provided.
