The Healing Porch provides telehealth mental health care for adult men and women in Florida, Idaho, and Colorado. We specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, panic disorders, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Do you treat adolescents or men?
We’ve expanded our services to include adult men. We do not provide care for individuals under the age of 18.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Relationship challenges are addressed through individualized therapy, offering a private, supportive space to explore patterns, improve communication, and gain clarity. While this work can deeply impact your relationships, all services are provided on an individual basis, as couples therapy is not offered at this time.
Do you offer group therapy?
Throughout the year, we occasionally offer online group therapy sessions as special events. Our core focus, however, remains on individualized, one-on-one care tailored to each client.
Do you provide hormone replacement therapy?
No, hormone replacement therapy is not provided.
Is faith incorporated into treatment?
Faith-integrated care is available for those who desire it alongside evidence-based mental health treatment. Spiritual perspectives are always patient-directed and optional.

We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options to ensure access to care.

Is this therapy or medication management?
We provide individual therapy and medication management when clinically appropriate. Medication management services are currently available to individuals located in Florida and Idaho only.
What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your first appointment can be scheduled based on your needs. You may choose a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we take a deeper look at your history, symptoms, and overall mental health to develop a full treatment plan.
If you are seeking therapy only, you may also schedule a therapy intake session. During this visit, we will begin addressing your concerns while still gathering the essential background information needed to support your care.
