All appointments at The Healing Porch are scheduled by phone to ensure appropriate care, answer initial questions, and confirm next steps before your visit.
Telehealth services are available for clients located in Florida, Idaho, and Colorado
(Therapy only is available in Colorado).

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email to create your MYIO patient portal account. The portal is used to:
Complete intake forms and clinical questionnaires
Attend telehealth appointments
Access clinical documents
All required forms must be completed prior to your appointment to ensure care can proceed as scheduled.
Payments are required prior to services being rendered. This helps ensure a smooth appointment process, accurate billing, and uninterrupted care. For patients using insurance, any required copays, deductibles, or self-pay balances must be completed before your scheduled appointment. Payments are securely processed through the patient portal for your convenience.
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled if required onboarding steps are not completed prior to the scheduled appointment time. This ensures care and billing are handled accurately and securely.
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.
